About Me
Sarah Warder
I'm a family mediator and educator practicing across Canada. After 10 years in education in Victoria, BC and in Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley, I trained as a family mediator to better serve and support couples and families in my community and across the country. I have always known that I would have a career that helps people. I believe that mediation as an alternative to court processes is the best way I can help families experiencing separation, divorce, and other major life transitions. Whether you need a parenting plan, child and spousal support agreements, or simply a conversation to get through a disagreement, I tailor the process to your unique needs.

I hold a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Victoria, a certificate in Family Mediation with Herzing College, and extensive training and professional development in high conflict and trauma informed practice. After a career serving children, families, and adults in classrooms and non-profits, I turned my attention to mediation to offer a way forward for couples and families with and without children, without a legal battle.
